These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Feezat Consulting online learning platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Content Ownership

The content on the Platform, including all course materials, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Feezat Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You will not:

  • Upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
  • Violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the security of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.

The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Feezat Consulting disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Feezat Consulting shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Nigeria.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Feezat Consulting regarding your use of the Platform.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. You are responsible for checking the Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
